The 5th Annual Ritz on the River

VICKSBURG, Miss. - Feb. 1, 2018 - PRLog -- The Vicksburg Convention Center (VCC) will go retro with the Molly Ringwalds band at the 5^th Annual Ritz on the River on July 19, 2018.  The Molly Ringwalds time machine promises a night packed with mind-blowing 80's anthems.  The Mollys bring back the iconic hits that defined a decade. Tickets go on sale Monday, April 9, 2018.  Dinner show tickets are $50 (advance purchase only) and general admission show tickets are $20 in advance, $25 day of show.  Dinner will be served at 6:30pm and show begins at 8:00pm.  Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com, 1-800-745-3000 or the Vicksburg Convention Center Box Office.  Tables can be reserved for dinner show only with group purchases of 10 and special sponsorship opportunities are available.  A portion of the proceeds from this year's event will be donated to Jacob's Ladder. Jacob's Ladder Learning Center provides adolescents and young adults who have intellectual disabilities with a quality education that prepares them for adulthood.

The Molly Ringwalds are the world's greatest 80's experience. Hailing from Sheffield, England, this legendary quintet has been able to combine their individual and very formidable talents to create the true essence of the most radical decade to ever be called "The 80's." The Molly Ringwalds create an 80's Experience by honing their abilities to apply make-up and tease their hair while showcasing all the musical genres of the decade. From their days of building a following at a pub located in a large portion of a big city near a small village located south of a place you've never heard of, to selling out large venues in the United States, The Molly Ringwalds are an indescribable act. Luck and circumstance brought these young lads together. The rest is the history of the 80's.
