Follow on Google News | ![]() Belt & Road Film and TV Global Union celebrates during Oscar night at Hollywood Tribute Awards!Hollywood celebrities and Belt & Road Film and TV Global Union members from China will gather to celebrate on the Oscar night for the Hollywood Tribute® Awards event on March 4, 2018 at the Boulevard 3(Formerly known as the Hollywood Athletic Club) in Hollywood, California. Don Cho, Chairman of the Board and Executive Producer of Hollywood Tribute®, has been hosting events for many years between Hollywood and China for the sake of cultural exchange and mutual growth of entertainment industries in each country. Chinese VIPs, Celebrities, Government Dignitaries, and Religious figures have all graced the Hollywood Tribute® events in the past. Having been warmly welcomed by the Hollywood industry, the reception has been rapturous, leading Don Cho to found the "Belt & Road Film and TV Global Union" with his partners in China to establish a transnational network and platform through financial backing from China, production expertise from Hollywood, and resolute councilmembers recruited for the cause of explicitly serving and connecting the motion picture, broadcast programming, and media industries of the world. The Union press conferences and inauguration events in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand have signed up 100 Chinese cities as well as receiving pledged supports from the aforementioned countries along with France, Canada, Australia, Spain, Russia, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and Cambodia soon to follow. The film and TV industries of these nations will be able to take full advantage of the Union's network to discover, expose, collaborate, and invest in each nation's projects while enjoying a highly streamlined and accessible movie and TV production logistics and localized support infrastructure. The current Union members and council members comprise of industry figures of film studios, production/distribution companies, media and TV broadcast organizations as well as government officials of ministry of culture.
