RE/MAX DFW Associates, Brianna Castillo, wins 2017 Customer Service Award

DALLAS - Feb. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- Brianna Castillo, with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Dallas, was recently honored with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2017 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center in Lewisville. Mrs. Castillo was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest praise of the year for the service she delivered to her clients.

After each transaction is completed, buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire that asks them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate. The national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, however, RE/MAX DFW Associates continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses.

Originally from Fosston, Minnesota, Brianna moved to the DFW area after college, 8 years ago. She attended the University of North Dakota and earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship. She is a member of Watermark Community Church, where her husband Oscar is on staff. Together, they have one newborn child, Grace. In addition, Mrs. Castillo is active in local government and takes pleasure in running, golfing and photography.
