 Treasure Coast FCA Welcomes Florida State Legend Bobby Bowden to Port St. LucieTreasure Coast Fellowship of Christian Athletes is expecting a SOLD OUT event as they welcome FSU legendary coach Bobby Bowden and multiple pro athletes to their upcoming fundraising event. Night of Champions- An Evening with Bobby Bowden & Friends will take place at Tradition Town Hall in Port St. Lucie.
By: Treasure Coast Fellowship of Christian Athletes During his head coaching career, which spanned from 1959 until 2009 and included stints at Samford and West Virginia, Bowden posted a 377-129-4 all-time record. He coached the Florida State Seminoles football team for 34 years in which he lost only one season. He won two national championships with the Seminoles in 1993 and 1999 before retiring in 2009.
