RE/MAX Agent, Janet Emigh, Wins 2017 Customer Service Award

PLANO, Texas - Feb. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Janet Emigh, with RE/MAX DFW Associates, was recently honored with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2017 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center in Lewisville. Janet was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest praise of the year for the service she delivered to her clients.

After each transaction is completed, buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire that asks them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate. The national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, however, RE/MAX DFW Associates continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses.

Originally from Altus, Arkansas, Janet moved to the Dallas area over 30 years ago where she met her husband, Kim. The two have three children, Caitlyn Emigh, M.D., Luke Emigh, and Mirana Emigh. She started her career with RE/MAX DFW Associates in 2005 and since then has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. For over 16 years, Janet volunteered as a soccer coach and team manager. She is currently involved with her daughter's High School Band program, PTA, and volleyball. She attended the University of Arkansas and earned her BA in Marketing.
