WGBY Wine, Beer & Food Tasting - Fri March 9th

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - March 2, 2018 - PRLog -- It's the largest benefit wine, beer and food tasting in western New England — all in support of local public television!

Taste more than 300 wines and beers, along with specialty foods from local restaurants and food artisans on Friday, March 9 from 5–8 p.m. at the Tower Square Hotel in downtown Springfield.

For over 30 years, supporters of public television and PBS member station WGBY have put their palates to work to help raise funds for the programs they trust and love. But the good feeling you get from participating in this charity event isn't the only benefit.

With a general admission or "Wine Connoisseur" upgrade, you will be able to sample a wide variety (over 300, in fact) of wines, beers, and food specialties.

Each guest will be given a "Tasting Program" that will list each item available for sample (and all wines and beers will be available for purchase through event sponsor Table & Vine). We encourage wine tasters to make note of grape varietals, vineyard designations, appellations, and styles.

Tickets to this enormous wine tasting event are available for $49 each online at WGBY.org/tasting or at Table & Vine in West Springfield.
