COPPELL, Texas - March 17, 2018 - PRLog -- Laura Barnett was recently honored with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2017 at the annual company-wide meeting held at the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Lewisville. Mrs. Barnett was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest praise of the year for the service she rendered to her clients.

After each transaction is completed, buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire that asks them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate. The national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, however, RE/MAX DFW Associates continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses.
