When does the token sale start and end?

There are two phases to the token sale:
1. Pre-Sale: 15th May 2018 12:00 UTC until 31th May 2018 12:00 UTC: The pre-sale will allow early participant to buy tokens before the general sale begins. To reward early participant, we will offer discount per token.
