Dr. Stout Joins Acacia Foundation Executive Committee

FULLERTON, Calif. - April 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Dr. Dallas Stout was elected to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Acacia School Foundation this week. As a result, he will serve as Secretary for the next 2 years. Dr. Stout has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2016.

Dr. Stout brings the foundation over 25 years of non-profit Board experience at the City, County, and State level in numerous positions including member-at-large, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman/President.He is on the faculty at California State University Fullerton, Brigham Young University - Idaho, and the University of the Rockies (UofR). He has taught a variety of graduate courses in Non-Profit Principles, Practices, Governance and Finance among other topics at UofR.

"Debbie and I became financial donors and supporters of the foundation in 2014," said Dr. Stout, "and I joined the Board of Directors in 2016, so this seems like the logical next step in supporting this wonderful group right here in our own community".

Founded in 2011, the purpose of the Acacia School Foundation is to raise funds to enhance the education, enrichment, and technology programs at Acacia elementary school, a public school located in the Fullerton School District.
