Leya Glazer is a 9-year old girl, sister, friend, and ovo-lacto vegetarian. She lives in Dallas, TX with her Mom and dad, brother Harley, and pets Scooby, Magic, and Wilbur. She loves to cook, play golf, do gymnastics, and is a fun, loving, sweet, kind child. She wanted to provide her friendfs who have decided to become vegetarians, with some of her favorite recipes that she and her family make at home on a regular basis so they don't become "pizzaterians or donuterians" as Leya and her mom like to call them! She tried to make these recipes as simple and as tasty as possible. All of these recipes are merely a guide. You may not like your dishes as spicy or as sweet as the recipe calls for. Feel free to modify them to fit your family's tastes. This book has been a work of love for the Glazer Family. A reflection of how they cook and eat together and a book of recipes for them to pass along to you.
