Ricky (Freeway Rick) Ross Names Hazey Taughtme Manager

LOS ANGELES - April 27, 2018 - PRLog -- For those that don't know,The "Original" Rick Ross is not (and has never been) a "Rapper."  Serving 20 years on a reduced life sentence, former Drug Kingpin Ricky Ross (better Known as "Freeway Rick") knew upon his release, life as he knew it was no more. Immediately seeing the devastation crack created (and the results) in African American, Hispanic, and other low income communities, Ross knew he had to do something.  Illiterate himself until the age of 28, he made teaching literacy, as well as, financial freedom to those educators found the hardest to reach a priority.  Sharing his experiences in the streets (and the consequences there of), was next on the agenda (and when entertainment manager Hazey stepped into the picture).  Originally from York, PA, Hazey was no stranger to celebrity talent working alongside celebrity agent and concert promoter Greg Walker.  Seeing and sometimes experiencing the lifestyles of the "Rich and Famous" made Hazey want that "Lifestyle" for himself.  Wanting it now, he saw no other way than illegal means.  Fully indulging in a life of crime, of course eventually got Hazey not only arrested, but convicted of various felonies.  After serving his time, Hazey was ready to do life differently.  Learning about "Freeway Rick" in prison (seeing the similarities in their stories), Hazey knew he had to meet Ross.  Hearing of an upcoming appearance in Detroit, Michigan, Hazey bought a ticket and flew in to meet him.  Figuring he had nothing to lose, Hazey walked straight up to Ross and told him "I am what you need to reboot/rebirth your image."  Let's just say "and the rest is history."  Hazey co-created the Official Untold Autobiography Rick Ross' 2017 national book tour, arranges speaking engagements and is in the process of pitching Ross' upcoming movie.

Recently opening Haze Entertainment, not only does Hazey manage Freeway Ricky Ross, he has picked up SUPERBAD BRAND, INC. (the cannabis and lifestyle brand that has licenses thru celebrity influencers), works with NDICA (The National Diversity & Inclusion Cannabis Alliance) and other celebrity clients/products.  What's next?  Hazey says, "I want to conquer the world, but for now I'll settle for the United States.
