Monterey Boats Wins In Every Boat Category

WILLISTON, Fla. - April 27, 2018 - PRLog -- Monterey boats hosted a company-wide employee celebration in commemoration of their most recent award from the National Marine Manufacturers Association. The event was held at the Corporate Office of Monterey Boats on Thursday, April 12^th, 2018 beginning at 11:00am.

This year marked the 13^th consecutive year Monterey Boats has been presented with the NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index Award.  The Marine Industry CSI Award honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the consumer. Award recipients are manufacturers that achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on returned survey results provided by consumers purchasing a new boat during the period between January 1st, 2017 and December 31st, 2017. This year Monterey Boats was also the only marine manufacturer to receive an award in every category of boats they produce.

The event was kicked off beginning with a companywide group photo accompanied by a speech from Co-Chairman Charles Marshall to the entire staff, expressing his appreciation to each and every employee for all their hard work and dedication in helping Monterey Boats to achieve such prestigious awards.

Employees were then treated to a special catered lunch provided by Hills Barbeque which was served to them by Charles & Jeff Marshall, Co-Chairman of Monterey Boats as well as the executive staff of Monterey Boats which included Robert Pita, President and CEO, Kim Loenichen, Director of Sales, Phil Baier, Vice President of Manufacturing, Mark Owens, Vice President of Engineering, as well as every member of the Sales Staff.
