The series, originally produced by 5 Star Chef Sensation Maxcel "Chef" Hardy, Marvin Williams, Amar'e Stoudemire (Producer and NBA Star) & Royce Dixon is in a wonderful space as seemingly everything within the cooking genre is enjoying an amazing run. Networks such as "The Food Network" have spawned multiple properties, spinoffs and original concepts all circulating on America's fascination within the culinary universe. "For starters, I am pleased to join forces with my team here at X ROADS TV as it is a perfect fit. We have multiple options available within this union as we may produce the series in house or decide to develop the series further as a coproduction opportunity or we may simply use combined efforts to introduce Chef Max's Kitchen to a host of larger networks for a pick up/green light opportunity.
