'Flare' Restaurant presents 'Gai Baan Tom Samunphrai', slow cooked free range chicken with Thai herb served with crispy khao soi noodle, Vietnamese rice noodle, crispy fried shallot, coriander, spring onion, shallot and Japanese cucumber at THB 650 nett. Available every day at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

'Drift' Lobby Lounge & Bar introduces appetizers from free range chicken including 'Spicy Gai Pop', deep fried free range chicken with Thai seasoning and Thai herb at THB 350 nett, 'Herb Roasted Free Range Chicken', roasted free range chicken with herb served with baked corns, onions, shallots, cherry tomatoes and potatoes at THB 350 nett and 'Massaman Chicken Kebab', stewed free range chicken in massaman curry served with French fries, Thai cucumber relish and tomato sauce at THB 350 nett. Choose your favorite at Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar on level 16 from 11am – 11pm.

'Horizon' Rooftop Restaurant and Bar recommends 'Roasted Free Range Chicken with Truffle, Riceberry & Quinoa Pilaf', roasted free range chicken with truffle oil served with riceberry and quinoa pilaf, baby carrots, Shimeji mushrooms, asparaguses, pea sprouts, quail eggs and chicken jus at THB 850 nett. Available daily at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant and Bar on level 34 from 6pm – 11pm.
