Gamry Instruments to Attend the PlugVolt Battery Seminar in Plymouth, MI

WARMINSTER, Pa. - May 3, 2018 - PRLog -- Gamry Instruments will be attending PlugVolt's annual Battery Seminar from July 17^th thru July 19^th, 2018.  This seminar is the Battery Indusry's most anticipated event and the theme this year is "Conference fostering joint development efforts to advance energy storage solutions".

New for this year is an entire day of in-depth training by EnerDel.   EnerDel delivers superior lithium-ion solutions for their customer's energy needs with safe, long-lasting lithium-ion batteries, packs and modules.  The training will include Lithium Ion battery chemistry, manufacturing, battery management system (BMS) design, thermal management, testing and validation methodologies, and safety processes. Attendees will gain an appreciation for battery history – primary and secondary battery chemistries, and advanced battery technologies as well markets and applications.

Event attendees will also get an exclusive opportunity to tour the 100,000+ square-foot Intertek Battery Testing Center of Excellence to learn about the latest testing methods for batteries of all sizes from coin-cell through electric vehicles. Intertek performs a variety of tests out of this facility, to industry and global standards, including life-cycling, vibration, environmental, abuse and safety certifications.
