Henderson Properties Announces New Office Headquarters Location

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - May 7, 2018 - PRLog -- Over the past 27 years, Henderson Properties Inc. has seen tremendous growth, and to accommodate that growth they have recently opened a new headquarters. The new facility, located at 3030 Latrobe Drive in Charlotte, features over 13,000 square feet of office space to help better handle the needs of the growing business.

The new office headquarters is where most of the work of Henderson Properties takes place. The company offers management and maintenance services for rental property owners, tenants, and homeowners associations throughout the greater Charlotte area. The company also offers real estate services for home buyers and sellers.

Henderson Properties co-founder, Shelly Henderson, expressed her excitement about the new location. "We love seeing the growth of our company as we continue to pour into our clients and offer exceptional real estate and rental property services. Our new headquarters will give us the space to continue to expand our product and service offerings."

Henderson recently published an autobiography outlining her path to business success. As Henderson Properties consolidates some operations to the new location, they will be selling their 919 Norland Road location and moving the real estate sales team into the new building. Also, the company plans to lease the ground floor suite of the new office space at 3030 Latrobe Drive. Regional offices in Fort Mill, Indian Trail and Davidson will continue to serve customers at their regular business hours. The new office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
