Tile Outlets of America Promotes Warren Lampert and Hires Kim Warden

ATLANTA - May 23, 2018 - PRLog -- Tile Outlets of America has promoted Warren Lampert from executive vice president & CFO to president & CFO, and hired Kim Warden as corporate controller.

Warren Lampert has a BS in Accounting from the University of Florida, an MPA in Accounting from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and an MBA from the Terry College of Business of the University of Georgia. He joined Tile Outlets in August 2002, when the company first formed.

"Since the very beginning of Tile Outlets of America almost 16 years ago, Warren has played a crucial role in the company's success in multiple ways that go far beyond his stated role as Chief Financial Officer," says Don Aronin, CEO. "He has played a key role in many aspects of the company's operations including administration, technology, purchasing and strategic planning while working closely with Michele Hoover, vice president of operations, Kate Spencer, vice president of purchasing and business development, and me," he adds.

In his new role of president, Lampert will focus on ways to continue enhancing the customer shopping experience at the three Tile Outlets of America stores in Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tampa. This includes further developing managers and associates, improving operational efficiencies and better leveraging technology in store operations.

Kim Warden graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in Accounting. A licensed CPA, she worked in corporate finance, performing roles of increasing responsibility until achieving a controller/CFO level, in thecommunications, service, manufacturing, and aerospace/defense industries. In these roles, she focused on improving controls, documentation, and processes for each company and, earning recognition for being the top division in her last internal audit of eight divisions, along withexceptional working capital improvements at the last two corporations.

Kim will be responsible for all of the accounting, financial reporting and cash management of our company freeing Warren up from many of his financial and administrative responsibilities, so he can focus on his new responsibilities as president," Aronin says.
