Reenactors, Live Music & Art for All Ages Highlight Morven Museum & Garden's Free Fourth of JulyVisit Morven Museum & Garden in Princeton, NJ for its annual Fourth of July Jubilee on Wednesday, July 4th from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 pm.
By: Morven Museum & Garden "Meet" George Washington & Annis Boudinot Stockton with short performances by costumed reenactors William Agress and Alisa Dupuy throughout the afternoon. "Sign" the Declaration of Independence Everyone can be a part of history and sign our Declaration facsimile. Take part in demonstrations of Early American Domestic Arts portrayed by more than a dozen professional reenactors including: blacksmithing (new this year!), ice cream making, papermaking, tales from a soldier's life, and more! Drink in a Revolutionary Tea program with 18th century tea sets display, lore and songs performed by Stacy Flora Roth Share what "Independence" Create Parade Flags & Pinwheels with Arts Council of Princeton's Amy Kisby and join the 4th of July Parade march to America's birthday cake presentation and free treat Listen to Live Bluegrass Music by Ocean Country Band on Morven's front porch Feast on Food Truck fare : Refreshments available for purchase from Tower Dogs (http://tower- Special family admission price for visitors wishing to tour the museum on the 4th: $25 per family. Parkingis available at the Princeton Theological Seminary or Monument Hall parking lots, or on the street. With so many children at the event, there will be no on-site parking at Morvens. Morven's Jubilee is SHINE only (due to the outdoor activities, it will be cancelled if there is prolonged rain).
