The Pugliese Company Selected for TV Show "World's Greatest!..." for Architectural Design

Another story that appealed to the crew over at "World's Greatest!..." was the development of Pineapple Grove. The area of Pineapple Grove was developed in the 1960's and was rundown and blighted. Once the Pugliese Company bought the properties surrounding what is now Pugliese Corporate Center, Pugliese designed, received approval and developed 100 luxury condos and retail store fronts on Pineapple Grove Way. Many land development projects followed. This in turn brought in several major enterprises for hotels, condominiums, shops and restaurants. Now Pineapple Grove and downtown Delray Beach has South Florida's hottest nightlife spots and it keeps on growing.
