Herzog is a business administration graduate of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at CSUF and is a dedicated entrepreneur. She graduated top of her class and delivered a viral commencement speech.

Because of her high academic and extracurricular performance, she also was a President's Scholar, the 2018 ASI Student Leadership Award winner, and Mihaylo College Executive Council's 2018 Outstanding Student. In 2017, she traveled to Washington, D.C., to intern at the nation's capital with the Cal State DC Scholars program.
