NAIROBI, Kenya - May 30, 2019 - PRLog -- Jazz for Peace™ featuring Rick DellaRatta will perform concerts in Nairobi, Kenya on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the Baba Dogo Sport ground Stadium (next to Kenya Police Station) and in Kisumu, Kenya on Friday June 14, 2019 at the Samara Hotel Siaya County Murmalanga Village Center with an additional VIP celebration on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at the Murmalanga Village Siaya County Orwa Omollo Estate in celebration of the 17th Anniversary of their historic concert at the United Nations and the unique way jazz brings people together; promoting peace through dialogue and respect; and to raise awareness for The Great Community Development Organization of Kenya. The Concerts will begin at 5pm and will also include performances by the outstanding African Ensemble Mr. John Okiddy and Ms. Everlyne Muthoka Lou Band Singers. About GCD Kenya: Great Community Development is a Community based non-profit, non-charitable organization for Orphans, abandoned, abused, desperate and neglected street Children's regardless of religion, Sex, color or tribe, through parental love, spiritual care, rehabilitation and non-formal education, we nature them to unleash their full potential towards living a good life based on self-reliance.

It all began in 2015, profoundly touched by the plight of Orphans and the growing number of street Children's, Mr. Fredrick O. Ouma "Wuod Kano maka Caro" and Mr. Joseph started GREAT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AFRICA organization and opened a Orphanage home in Nyangande Kano Kisumu & Murmalanga Village in Siaya. After that we decided to open a ORPHANAGE HOME LEARNING CENTRE in NAIROBI and committed to a life long journey to transform and uplift destitute Children's in the Slums.

Mr. Fredrick O. Ouma Africa Project's Manager started with 13 Children's and for today 370 Children's in Nairobi home under Great Community Development ORG protection and care ,most of whom have been admitted are rescued from the surrounding Slums of Mowlem, Korogocho, Mathare, Kawangware, Kibera and Kangemi in Nairobi.

MISSION STATEMENT - SUPPORT US GREAT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CBO ORGANIZATION. Donation is the source of funding to sustain Children's Great Community Home , your donations will go to FUND the following:

*Food Maize, beans, rice, Vegetables, fruits, cooking oils, sugar and etc.

*Medical Care on monthly treatment check-up to Children's.

*Children's Home /Schools infra - Structural maintenance.

*Schools supplies like text /exercise books, stationery, Sports Equipments  and etc.

*Salaries for teachers and staffs.

*Opening cost : Phone bills, transport, utilities, Professional fees and etc .

Children's are seeding from the Devine, with love and care, every seeding,  however poor, neglected and oppressed, is capable of growing into a mighty oak tree.
