Lawrence Goldfarb forms Criminal Justice Partners to Help Fight the Massive Corruption and Inequities Within the American Criminal Justice System

SAN FRANCISCO - July 8, 2018 - PRLog -- Lawrence Goldfarb, the founder and Executive Director of the Judicial Reform Foundation (www.judicialreformfoundation.org) has formed Lawrence Goldfarb Criminal Justice Partners (http://criminaljusticepartners.com ) in order to help defendants caught up in America's corrupt criminal justice system.  CJ Partners as it will be known, will aid those defendants who have wrongfully been subjected to the capricious inequities of a failed sentencing, prison and justice system in America. According to Goldfarb, "the Judicial Reform Foundation has been overwhelmed with calls for specific help from defendants embroiled in an unfair prosecutorial system marred by the business interests of the U.S. prison system. Unlike any other country in the world, the enormous business of prisons puts people in prison that do not belong there and/or keeps a preponderance of prisoners in prison way longer than societally necessary. Why keep a sick 70 year old nonviolent offender who has been in prison for 5 years and who owes no restitution in prison?  Other than it is very profitable for  private prison contractors for that person to be kept in prison there is no societal or judicial reason.  Prison is one of the largest most profitable businesses in the United States and it takes prisoners to maintain that profitability"

The purpose of Criminal Justice Partners will be to help defendants and convicts that have been inequitably prosecuted by the U.S. criminal justice system. Specifically, CJ Partners among other things will find the right lawyers to serve defendant's specific needs, deal with bail, pre-trial services and pretrial officers, consult on the pros and cons of guilty pleas, help defendants be productive and cope while they are waiting for trial or sentencing and/or prison, help defendants put together their pre sentencing report, help defendants deal with their probation officer, help to insure that defendants are put in the appropriate prison, prepare defendants for prison and prison life, help defendants deal with restitution, and finally to  help convicts renter society and find a job and rebuild their reputation.
