Endress+Hauser is a Swiss-based instrumentation and process automation company. They needed a compliance training for their company's code of conduct – an eLearning for employees across the globe that would enhance employee engagement and learning effectiveness and increase code of conduct adherence.

Newgen Enterprise designed and developed this eLearning using an innovative story-based and game-like learning approach. The story placed the learners in real business scenarios and the game-like approach helped them experience adventure and glory. Ultimately, the eLearning ensured that employees understood the entire code of conduct and serious need for adhering to it.
