This award is rarely awarded and only goes to top performing dealers.
By: Social Sher "It is not very often that I get to present this award out to a dealer so I am very proud of the accomplishments achieved by Brooklyn Mitsubishi" said Kevin Burns, District Sales Manager for Mitsubishi Motors. This award comes after Brooklyn Mitsubishi achieved 104 new vehicles sales just a few months ago. The dealership has dominated the ranks becoming the top dealer in the district and a top ten-ranked Mitsubishi dealer in the United States. In addition to achieving record sales volume for new vehicles Brooklyn Mitsubishi has been consistently selling well over 200 pre-owned vehicles per month. This is huge considering that many big players in the industry only sell around 100 on average with many others selling less than that. EL Patronn says, "I believe in consistency and evolution". He added, "I came here one year ago to implement positive changes that would grow into record sales volume. I changed the culture of Brooklyn Mitsubishi and now we have the best team in New York selling cars." The positive culture of the Brooklyn Mitsubishi team can be seen all over social media including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and even LinkedIn on a daily basis. The dealership has embraced social media and has become one of the most socially active automobile dealerships in the world. On top of an aggressive advertising strategy the dealership has some of the best digital media partners that work to create new marketing messages. For example, the dealership embraced the world cup celebration that was going on by advertising "Kick Into Savings" specials. Pre-owned sales growth has come from the fact that Brooklyn Mitsubishi keeps over 600 pre-owned vehicles in stock. To take it a step further they promote sales campaigns to push certain brands. At any given time they stock over 40 BMW vehicles or Infiniti vehicles and will advertise a sale for these brands. This tool allows customers to complete a quick form and even upload pictures of the vehicle before submitting the information to the dealership. Not only is this tool being used to trade-in vehicles but the dealership also launched their own buying center which means that customers can just come in and sell their current vehicle without an obligation to buy anything. "The old days of telling customers that they need to come in to get information are over. We give our customers what they demand and have found that they will come in to continue the process," said EL Patronn. So what is the plan for Brooklyn Mitsubishi this summer? Now that they have consistently been a 300 unit per month dealership they have decided that it is time to grow some more. The challenge for July 2018 is 400 cars.
