Food, Health and Technology Summit Announces 2018 Theme "Innovating a Healthier and Sustainable Food Future"

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - July 24, 2018 - PRLog -- Food Health and Technology Summit (FHTS) a premier gathering of thought leaders, food innovators, entrepreneurs and investors announced the theme for 2018 "Innovating A Healthier and Sustainable Food Future". The event is scheduled to take place at Rutgers University New Brunswick on September 7^th 2018

Consumer demand for healthier products is increasing, the global healthy snack market valuation was 21.1 billion by the end of 2016. A 5.1% compound annual growth is projected between 2017 and 2025 (Grand View Research). The 2018 FHTS theme will delve into some of the research findings driving consumer demands for healthier products and innovative ways entrepreneurs are responding to such demands.
