PROVO, Utah - July 31, 2018 - PRLog -- Resa LaRu Kirkland, dubbed "WARCHICK" by her beloved Korean War Veterans, is a military historian, writer, researcher, live-wire talk guest and public speaker, Constitutionalist, and lover of American Law and politics.

She is also the writer of the most unique war story in American military history her factual research has been verified by the Pentagon.  The book, titled FORGOTTEN WARRIOR: Twice in One Day  is an intimate look into America's longest running war, the Korean War.  This is the story of the only movie ever shot entirely on the front lines of an active war, using an all front-line cast (no actors, all real, deployed GIs), shot and released by Paramount Pictures in June and July, 1953, and premiering in November, 1953, centering on the American soldier whose "reel" death scene was shot the very same day as his "real" death on Pork Chop Hill.  The American soldier's name was Ricardo Carrasco, the best friend of Robert Talmage Kirkland, Resa's father.

Ms. Kirkland is 5 chapters into the book, and in order to finish it she needs to be able to carve out 7 or 8 months of time, solely allocated to finishing the book.  Affording the ability to set aside this period of time Resa has set up a Go Fund Me (https://www.gofundme.com/ForgottenWarriorTeachThemCharacter)  page to help raise money to finish the project.

Looking further down the road, Resa already has her sights on writing a screen play and knows of some very good screen writers to help once the book is finished.

"It's a style of writing I'm not accustomed to, so that's where they come in, but I have to be involved every step with that part, as the story is utterly unknown and there are promises I made to the men about sticking to the accuracy of the story, which only I know," explains  Ms. Kirkland.

Kirkland goes on to say, "Of course the book needs to be properly finished first, and the many gorgeous black and white pictures to go with it properly dispersed throughout the book.  Now is the time, with the Korean War front and center again."

This project has already received a nod of approval from actor, producer James Wood when he commented, "Fantastic story and brilliant research effort by Ms Kirkland."

Resa is a consummate favorite on talk shows, and has over 200 articles published since 2002 at Washington Times, David Horowitz, The Politichicks, World Net Daily, iFeminist, Etherzone, and many military, news, and historical blogs and websites.  She has a massive fan base and is read by millions, including such notables as James Woods, Audrey Russo, Dr. Gina Loudon, Mark Tapson, Charles V. Payne, Carl Cameron, and James Rosen, just to mention a few.

A final word about Resa Laru Kirkland: Ms. Kirkland is unforgettable -- DON'T EVEN TRY, with a wicked wit and hilarious sense of humor, quick on the uptake and knows how to keep quiet when necessary, one of the most detailed critical thinkers and follower of flawless, mathematical logic it will ever be your pleasure to read, hear, and know.  When pursuing truth Resa will never, ever stop until she finds it-- EVER.
