Carbon Clean Cardiff has seen a huge rise in MOT emissions fails since the changes came into effect

CARDIFF, Wales - Aug. 24, 2018 - PRLog -- Rules for the MOT Test, which is required to be done Annually by vehicles in Wales were changed in May 2018.

The changes affect cars, vans, motorcycles and other light passenger vehicles and the defects found are categorized into three levels:

1) Dangerous
2) Major
