Dustin Ferguson, Award Winning Filmmaker, Debuts New HOLLYWOOD ROCK Digital Album as DIRTY D

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - Aug. 9, 2018 - PRLog -- Filmmaker Dustin Ferguson, known for his prolific work in the Horror and Sci-fi genres with feature films like "Nemesis 5: The New Model" and "Sleepaway Camp IV," has announced the release of his new digital album "Hollywood Rock," under his alias "Dirty D", in collaboration with E-Rocker.  "Nemesis 5: The New Model" just won Best Feature Film-Science Fiction and Ferguson won Best Director at the 2018 LANFA Film Festival.

The "Hollywood Rock" digital album features three singles: "Hollywood Rock", "Midnight Dancer" and "Beat by Beat". The lead single "Hollywood Rock" is being dubbed a "party jam" and touches on Ferguson's recent life-change as he relocated to California to pursue his film career and his love for the movie and music industries. The track will also be featured in his upcoming television pilot for "Los Angeles Lifers."

Ferguson approached German "Electro" artist "E-Rocker" (Stefan Stahlmann) about collaboration in 2015, and developed his musical alias of "Dirty D". The duo had previously worked together when Ferguson directed several of E-Rocker's music videos, including "Body Rock", "Nasty Girls" and "Can U Rock It Like That."  The two developed an online friendship, and soon Ferguson was writing and recording lyrics for their first release under "E-Rocker ft. Dirty D," called "Welcome to My Bass.". The 5-track EP features three original tracks: "Party Planet," "Welcome to My Bass" and "Darkside of Dance," as well as two remixes of "Darkside of Dance," one of which was mixed by the legendary founder of the genre himself, "The Egyptian Lover." All three original songs were followed by music videos produced by Ferguson. "Dirty D" is now featuring the upbeat, mood lifting "Hollywood Rock" single in the form of a LIVE performance and an upcoming music video. On August 10^th, "Dirty D" performs the song on Facebook Live via the "Dirty D" Official Page (https://www.facebook.com/Dirty-D-458547444321273).
