HOUSTON - Aug. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- Bridge Virtual Solutions LLC launched a virtual new call center in July and plans to create 100 work from home customer service opportunities in 2018.

The company partners with independent contractors to service inbound customer calls for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. Industries served include cruise travel, vacation rental, energy, cable and internet communications, roadside assistance, luxury retail, and financial software just to name a few.

Founder and CEO Toni Hogan says "Having a distributed team removes many of the limitations of having a brick and mortar facility. For one, operating a virtual call center or 'call center without walls' reduces overhead and allows us to scale quickly to meet demand."

She says the virtual structure reduces the carbon footprint with less commuting and empowers agents to create their own schedules fitting their lifestyles with hours available around the clock. "This gives us the advantage of having coverage available for all time zones, late nights, and weekends without agents having to commute at odd hours," Hogan said.

Virtual customer service opportunities are ideal for stay-at-home parents, military spouses who transfer frequently, students, entrepreneurs seeking a bridge job, and anyone who needs a flexible work schedule.

Because the company offers work from home opportunities, the talent pool is expanded. Although based in Houston, Texas, the company contracts with customer service agents across the US in 43 of the 50 states and D.C. Hogan says, "At this time, we do not currently partner with agents in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin."

The company is positioning itself to support the movement to save and create US-based call center jobs. While Bridge Virtual Solutions is planning to create 100 new jobs by the end of 2018, the company also has expansion plans for early 2019.
