Attorney Sarah Cox starts legal blog and commentary on Personal Injury matters

Generally, one must show that another person was careless or negligent, and that such carelessness caused the injury. Also, one has to remember that the time to file such an action is generally four years in Florida ("Statute of Limitations"). Thus, a person as four years from the date of the accident to file a lawsuit in Florida courts (Florida Statutes Annotated Section 95.11(3)).
