Guy Minick specializes in industrial leasing in the Southeast. Prior to joining the National Industrial Group, Guy was on Bull Realty's Business Development team which included over 1,000 hours of formal instruction, deal generation and proper closing techniques under CEO Michael Bull.

Guy earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate from The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.

Guy is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute.
