Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is bringing a new home therapy location to Murfreesboro

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Sept. 5, 2018 - PRLog -- Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is hosting an open house to celebrate the start of their brand new home training facility located at 1617 Williams Drive, Suite 230, on Thursday September 13^th, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The general public is invited to tour the home training facility, enjoy refreshments and meet the friendly staff.

"DCI has been a part of the Murfreesboro community for many years. We're excited to finally be able to offer our dialysis patients the ability to do their treatments at home without the burden of driving to Nashville for training to do so," said Stephanie Wall, RN, nurse manager for DCI.

The new home therapy program offers home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis education and training.

"When patients choose a home therapy option it gives them much more flexibility and freedom than conventional in-center dialysis which we believe improves the patient experience," said Wall.

The open house is an opportunity for the community to meet the home training staff, medical director for DCI Murfreesboro, Christie Green, M.D., and the brand new home therapies medical director of DCI, Page Salenger, M.D., along with the local staff and representatives from the DCI corporate office.

The training facility will be open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturday appointment times available if needed.  DCI Murfreesboro is welcoming new home therapy patients.
