Dexlab Analytics is Case Study Partner for Analytics Conclave- Vishleshan '18

GURGAON, India - Sept. 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Vishleshan '18 is an annual competition that serves as a platform to showcase one's data analysis capabilities and real-life problem solving skills. This year, the prominent Analytics Meet included two rounds. In the first one, which was an elimination round, interested candidates took part in an online quiz that required them to be thorough in a range of verticals of analytics. This was followed by a challenging Round 2 where selected teams were allotted one case study each. DexLab Analytics played a vital role in this crucial stage. The seasoned industry experts at DexLab were actively involved in structuring these extensive case studies. The case studies were constructed in sync with this year's theme '' AI and Machine Learning: Transforming Decision Making''. The winner's title was awarded based on how the teams fared at these case studies.

Different teams participated from well-known institutes and as per the eligibility criteria, participants needed to be postgraduates or MBA students. After thorough analysis of the case studies presented to them, the teams submitted their detailed proposals. Out of all the participating teams, only 5 teams were selected to propose their case studies before a distinguished panel of judges at the DU campus on 8^th September 2018.

Considering the rate at which production of complex data is increasing across different industries, there's need for India's budding data scientists to be able to identify correct data and work with real-time problems in a creative manner, while at the same time employing sharp analytical skills. This is what drove the organizers at Delhi University to collaborate with DexLab Analytics, a prime Artificial Intelligence training institute in Delhi, and develop case studies derived from real life problems.

In the present times, artificial intelligence and machine learning are proving highly beneficial in decision making processes for major businesses and also fuelling faster and cheaper predictions. AI tools and machine learning models are transforming the way different sectors operate.
