Go Fast and Have Fun with the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation

MILLVILLE, N.J. - Sept. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- As summer transitions to fall, the chance to be outdoors and have fun decreases with each rise and set of the sun.  Days get shorter, nights get longer and temperatures get cooler.  But...before the snow falls on the east coast, the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation has an adrenaline filled opportunity to not only have fun and go fast, but to raise money and awareness for Amyloidosis.

On November 11 in Milleville, New Jersey, drivers of all skillsets will converge on the Thunderbolt Track at New Jersey Motorsports Park for a day of fun!  The day isn't just about high-performance driving and doing so with what you've brought to the track, it's a day of fellowship and camaraderie amongst drivers from the region over.  There's food, drinks awards and more as part of the day.

It all starts at 8 a.m. with breakfast and a driver meeting.  After the meeting, there will be instructional sessions for all drivers, before grouping everyone into their respective competitive categories.  These categories include novice, intermediate and advanced.  The best part is that each group gets morning and afternoon sessions, with a lunch served in between.

As the track day wraps, everyone will converge on the NJMP clubhouse for an awards reception, a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres.

"The best memories I've ever experienced have been at the race track," noted CMAF President Lance Miller.  "My most vivid moment was learning to drive safely on the race course with my father, Chip Miller. I'm thrilled to announce we'll be hosting our second annual driving experience event at New Jersey Motorsport Park in November," continued Miller.  "It'll be an action packed day of fun in your car along with plenty of amazing food. All the fun is just $300 per participant with that money going to the CMAF and its awareness efforts for Amyloidosis. Registration is open now via www.ChipMiller.org under the events tab. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
