The signature experimental sound of Siobhan Dakay, hailing from Munich, Germany, is magnified by the power of open collaboration made possible by the international music community ccMixter.  Vocalists from around the world shared their original songs with Siobhan, and the magnificently unique production 'Bohemian Cabaret' is the magical result.

The album begins with "Feeling Your Way," featuring the sultry vocals and bitter-sweet lyrics of Moira Waugh, a wailing saxophone solo by Copperhead and a jazzy, sizzling BANG. This track could easily find its place in a Quentin Tarantino or David Lynch movie soundtrack. The second track, avant-garde "Altar," features Zutsuri's powerful, experimentally-delivered vocals which are accented by Siobhan Dakay's creative orchestral approach. As the album continues, so does the theatrical intrigue. Chanson pop, psychedelic acid jazz with a boogaloo rhythm, 70s style athemic folk jazz, and inspirational orchestral pieces all come to the stage.
