BizLibrary Concludes 11th Annual Employee Training Conference, ALIGN 2018

ST. LOUIS - Sept. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- Employee training professionals from around the country recently came together in St. Louis for BizLibrary's 11th annual ALIGN Employee Training Conference, featuring keynotes and breakout sessions, valuable networking opportunities, and vision for BizLibrary's future-oriented training solutions.

The conference was held September 17-19 at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. ALIGN brings together learning professionals and practitioners across industries to discuss best practices and trends within training, employee development, and learning technology.

Keynote sessions at ALIGN 2018 were presented by author and coach Dr. Kevin Snyder, and learning consultant Dr. Ray Jimenez. Snyder provided attendees with new ideas and inspiration to "think differently" about how they manage teams and performance in their organizations. Jimenez discussed the importance of continuous learning throughout organizations, and how to achieve that goal in today's working environments.

Networking opportunities were plentiful at the conference. Attendees could meet and discuss their training challenges and solutions during the Welcome Reception, Dine-around, session breaks, and this year's main event – a St. Louis Blues Cruise on the riverboat.

BizLibrary also announced the winners of the 2018 Excellence in Employee Training Awards at the awards luncheon during ALIGN. These forward-thinking companies and individuals use BizLibrary's online learning solutions to deliver outstanding employee training and development programs within their organizations.

The 2018 winners are:
