Over 8,000 Church Leaders and Volunteers Set to Gather at The Orange Conference 2019"It's Personal" at The World's Largest Family Ministry Team Event
By: Orange This year's theme, "It's Personal," delves into the idea that there's a reason some volunteers have a deeper commitment, some parents engage at a more practical level, some ministries make a greater impact, some churches have a wider influence, and some leaders leave a lasting mark. These things happen when they make it personal, so the event will focus on helping leaders change how their church sees its community, which will, in turn, change how the community see the church. For over a decade, family ministry teams have convened at this innovative conference because they've discovered that it's a powerful experience to be surrounded by other leaders who care about kids in the same way. With almost 8,000 in attendance last year, it's clear that Orange is on to something. Ministry leaders come, and bring their teams, to hear innovative ideas, discover resources to help them do their jobs better, network with peers, spend time together, and have fun. And with a series of main stage keynotes as well as over 100 breakouts based on specific ministry roles and topics, people will certainly hear the messages they need most. The Orange Conference presents leaders with a way to engage in a relationally- While most information centers around family ministry, that is birth through high school, those who lead adults and marriage ministries will also find breakouts relevant to them. This is yet another reason that entire ministry teams come to The Orange Conference. There is something for just about everyone. Additionally, many in attendance may utilize Orange's curriculum, but that is not a prerequisite, and groups who do not still return again and again due to the numerous benefits. A diverse group of educators, pastors, and professional leaders will provide practical insights for helping leaders improve how they do ministry and grow as a leader.
