Snell & Wilmer Announced as Orange County Business Journal Civic 50 Orange County Honoree

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Oct. 12, 2018 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce its selection as an honoree for the Orange County Business Journal's 2018 Civic 50 Orange County. Several firm representatives attended the Civic 50 OC Awards Luncheon on October 11, 2018 in Irvine, California.

Since 2012, the Civic 50 has recognized the 50 most community minded companies in the nation each year as determined by an annual survey. This survey, presented by the Orange County Business Journal in partnership with OneOC, provides a local standard for superior corporate citizenship and showcases how companies can use their time, skills and other resources to improve the quality of life in the community where they do business.

Snell & Wilmer Orange County is involved in the community through pro bono work and local non-profit organizations. In 2017, the firm's Orange County attorneys worked nearly 1,500 pro-bono hours, considering it an important professional responsibility. Attorneys and staff also give their time and donations to local organizations such as Orange County United Way. This year's annual week-long fundraising campaign raised nearly $40,000 in support of the organization.
