Event: October 19th at 5pm at Gate 10 outside Rogers Arena - Capri will bring with her a gathering of youth from Greater Vancouver, representing over 80 countries worth of diversity and the proud multicultural, gay, straight, multi-ethnic & eclectic colours that come with it. Groups Joining Capri to Welcome Ellen to Vancouver: Multicultural Helping House Society (MHHS), Stratford Hall, Vancouver and Lower Mainland Multicultural Family Support Services Society, QMunity, St. John's International School, MOSAIC BC as well as Marlene Ong (Miss Teen Canadian Americas 2019, Miss Teen Canada Globe Princess 2018). Background: After the experience Capri gained from her journey "Around the World in 80 Anthems" where she travelled to 80 countries with her family and sang the national anthem of each country in the national language to raise money and awareness for orphaned and abandoned children, she wanted to plan an amazing event that welcomes Ellen & shows her that people from all cultures, religions, countries and sexual orientations can live together in peace and harmony in a place like Vancouver.
