About Realtor Lisa Krep Blanchard

Lisa moved to Southwest Florida about 20 years ago and immediately fell in love with waterfront living and boating.  Having grown up in the Atlanta suburbs, she developed a true passion for serving others.  Her love for real estate began at an early age.  Attending open houses with her parents and looking through home magazines quickly became a hobby of hers.  Majoring in business helped to solidify her desire to become a real estate specialist.  As a first year agent in Georgia, Lisa received an award for closing the most properties.  Additionally, she and her husband used their entrepreneurial skills by building and selling three successful medical and safety corporations.

As a mother of four active sons, Lisa has been commonly seen at baseball, football, basketball, wrestling, soccer and ice hockey events.  Currently, three are in college and one is finishing middle school. It's a different season of life for Lisa now, and any free time she has is spent with the new love of her life, her first born grandchild.
