LOS ANGELES - Oct. 25, 2018 - PRLog -- In the Making is an exhibition of textile and mixed media sculpture works by artists from the ECF Art Center Program. By exploring unconventional forms, disparate textures and surfaces, and irreverent art-making strategies, In the Making will create an immersive aesthetic experience that spotlights the intuition and exploration.

Marking DAC Gallery's tenth anniversary, the exhibition, curated by Nat George, focuses on recent 2 and 3D artworks produced by artists employing unusual or untraditional materials and techniques. From furniture, to cushions, and wall-hung woven sculptures mixing fabric, beading, needlepoint, and ceramic elements, In the Making celebrates intuitive, "in-the-moment" creative processes that defy the accepted norms of art making.
