PharmD Live, an emerging digital health company, welcomes Jene' Hong as the chief financial officer (CFO). Hong is an exceptional leader and certified public accountant (CPA) with more than 25 years experience in a variety of industries including biotechnology and pharma. Hong will oversee the company's accounting, risk management, financial planning and reporting. She will join Dr. Cynthia Nwaubani, PharmD Live's chief executive officer (CEO) in navigating the capital raise in preparation for the solution's anticipated mid-November launch.

PharmD Live will enter the market with their pharmacist-led chronic care management solutions in anticipation of changes to reimbursement models for physicians and physician groups occurring on January 1, 2019, set forth in the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) of 2015. PharmD Live will serve as a third-party extension of healthcare entities to assist them in meeting and reporting quality measures through the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) or Advanced Alternative Payment Models (AAPMs).
