ChildPromise, Inc. to Host 2nd Annual GalaThe annual event will raise funds to support services for foster children and youth.

Campbell Walker Fields, a former contestant on America's Got Talent and an adopted young man, will provide musical entertainment. The 2018 Gala event chairs is Victor Salicetti of AmericaVen, LLC of Bethlehem, Pa. Baptist Children's Services closed its residential facilities in 2014 and has changed its name and focus. Baptist Children's Services has relaunched as ChildPromise, Inc. For many years, ChildPromise Inc. has been supporting and encouraging current and former foster children to pursue higher education or a trade. Today, with the support of donors, volunteers, and community partners, ChildPromise, Inc. is making a difference by raising funds for higher education scholarships and credentialing opportunities for foster youth. "Our organization is committed to empowering foster children through education and resources not otherwise available to them," said Dr. Nathaniel J. Williams, President and Chief Executive Officer of ChildPromise, Inc. "We are proud that our annual gala raises funds and awareness in support of our mission."
