Martin Brossman Presents Marketing Focus to RCC Photographic Technology Alumni

RALEIGH, N.C. - Nov. 25, 2018 - PRLog -- On September 7th, 2018, Randolph Community College in Asheboro, NC celebrated the 50th Anniversary of their acclaimed Photographic Technology program. The event featured a customized training, titled "Build Your Clientele Without Breaking the Bank," delivered by business consultant Martin Brossman to an audience of professional photographers who are graduates of the RCC program which is rated one of the best on the East Coast.

A member of the National Speakers Association, Martin Brossman is a leading social media authority who has been a photography enthusiast since childhood. "There is a difference between someone with a fancy camera and someone who has spent years mastering their art, like these RCC graduates. Real professionals know how to capture a compelling story in a single image, which is what makes them special," Brossman said.

He used his appreciation for the art of photography and his insight into the world of professional photographers to develop marketing techniques, especially for photographers.  In his role as a business and professional coach, Brossman has helped several professional photographers to massively increase their sales, and he was the first to speak on social media marketing for the North Carolina Photography Association.

Brossman addressed the fact that many photography customers have lost their discernment between high-quality pictures and smartphone snapshots, and he offered ways that professional photographers could use education as a tool to increase their sales.  "It's important that photographers teach people why it's so valuable to invest in a professional, especially for important photos," he said.

"Everyone with a smartphone thinks they are a professional photographer,"  Martin Brossman said, "so the real professionals have to develop more effective ways to attract and retain customers. Since I have a personal passion for photography myself, I understand some of their unique challenges. It was such a joy to spend time with these alumni, who are genuine masters of their field, and to give them some real-world examples of new ways to truly increase their business."
