New Executive Director brings nearly 30 years of experience to Pines of Mount Lebanon

PITTSBURGH - Nov. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- Jackie Hainer brings experience and a willingness to partner with the local community to her role as new executive director at The Pines of Mount Lebanon.

    Hainer has been in the health care field since 1990. The Washington, Pa., native has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1996. She moved into her position at The Pines on Oct. 16 and has quickly settled into the senior living community team.

    "I have been impressed with the staff at The Pines," Hainer said. "They are warm and kind and accommodating. The departmental leadership here is dedicated to the facility and the residents it serves."

    Hainer's diverse background and role as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator made her a solid fit for The Pines, which is among 10 communities operated by Pittsburgh-based IntegraCare in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

    "Jackie brings experience and a great mind-set to The Pines," said Eric Walker, Executive Director of Sales and Marketing at IntegraCare. "Jackie puts the best interests of her team and the residents first."

    Hainer said preparing today's youth and students for a career in the healthcare and senior living fields is important to her.

    "I would like to develop a partnership with educational institutions in the community for students who are pursuing a career in healthcare," Hainer said. "It would be my goal to provide students with the opportunity to gain experience in a healthcare facility while following their educational goals."

    "Additionally, I would like to ensure our current staff have the opportunities to further their training and career goals by highlighting current opportunities with IntegraCare such as the Medication Assistant Program," she added.
