Dual Branded Courtyard and TownePlace Suites Opens in Hawthorne, California

HAWTHORNE, Calif. - Nov. 15, 2018 - PRLog -- Marriott International, Inc. today announced that a combined 221-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and 133-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel in Hawthorne, California is now open for business. Located at 4427 West El Segundo Boulevard, the hotel is owned by Mogul Capital of Midway, Utah and managed by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality of Provo, Utah. The Courtyard by Marriott opened on September 1, 2018 and the TownePlace Suites by Marriott started taking reservations on November 16, 2018.

The five-story property will share a fitness center, a basketball court, an outdoor swimming pool and a patio with three fire pits and a barbecue area for guest comfort and convenience. Each brand will offer an expanded lobby, meeting space and multiple Tesla charging stations will be provided in the parking lot.

Located four miles from Los Angeles International Airport and 12 miles from downtown Los Angeles, the hotel offers guests convenient access to El Segundo, Hawthorne Municipal Airport, SpaceX Corporate Headquarters, and LA Stadium & Entertainment District at Hollywood Park.
