Follow on Google News | Christmas Album By Music Artist Fawn To Raise Funds For S.T.A.R.T. RescueBy: Stonedef Records, Inc. Fawn said: "What started off as a couple of Christmas songs for the Hallmark Channel, turned into a full-blown, 10 song Christmas album!" Fawn affirmed, "Chad and I finished the entire album in about three months." Fawn continued: "I decided on the title 'Noel' after my precious rescue dog 'Noel' passed away on October 20th this year. She was only eleven years old and her loss was unexpected. After going through that heart-wrenching time, I wanted to honor her in some way, and the song 'Noel' happened to be her song—one I sang to her throughout her entire life." Fawn remembered, "She was rescued as an older puppy along with 200 other animals from an abusive hoarding situation by my friends and rescue colleagues Steve Spiro and Suzanna Urzuly, two of the co-founders of S.T.A.R.T. She was so emotionally distraught, it was determined that it was best for her to stay with me so I could rehabilitate her and give her the loving life she deserved." Fawn expressed, "It was not easy singing the title track after losing her, and it is one of my favorite tracks on the album. I added additional lyrics to the traditional song and the fade ending in particular is very emotional for me, because I pictured my little girl walking off with an angel into heaven. When I told this to producer Chad Jack, he said it was odd that I said that, because he had imagined the same exact thing." Fawn continued, "I felt since Steve and Suzanna gave her a future, it would be only fitting to have proceeds from her namesake album benefit S.T.A.R.T." Suzanna Urzuly said, "Fawn's new album is enjoyable to listen to and great for every age! Our 8 year-old niece plays her two Halloween albums constantly, especially her original song 'It's Halloween'. She plays it 10 times back to back and her 2-year old twin sisters always sway along." Suzanna continued, "With so much uncertainty in the world, Fawn's music is certain to put a smile on every listeners face and touch their hearts." Suzanna concluded, "Fawn has been helping children and animals her entire life, and has fostered and rehabilitated dogs for us at S.T.A.R.T. over the years. She's great at it and even the animals are soothed by her songs and voice." Fawn said, "I wrote four Christmas songs on the album and added music and lyrics to six traditional songs." She continued, "You may recognize some of the same songs from my 2014 Holiday album 'Angels We Have Heard On High', but with a new twist in pop song form. There are also completely new songs in this traditional pop style, including ballads, which may be a surprise for some people who are used to my EDM, Trance, House, Electro, Chill Out and Dance songs." Fawn hit the top of the Billboard Dance charts alongside Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey, with her song, "Wish U Love", produced by Chad Jack and Tim Letteer. Since the massive success of "Wish U Love", Fawn won first place this year in the 19th Annual Great American Song Contest for her Halloween song, "Ghoulish Ghosts" produced by Disney's ' Moana' music producer Malcolm Smith, out of New Zealand. Fawn has been nominated for numerous music awards, including two albums and seven song nominations this year for the JPF Music Awards, which will hold it's 2019 award ceremony in Hollywood, California. In 2017 and 2016, Fawn won a songwriting award from VH-1 Song of The Year for her holiday song, "Christmas Time" and her dance song, "Miami". In 2016, Fawn had two top-10 hit songs she wrote and performed, "Where Has Your Love Gone" and "Solitude", produced by Digital Sixable. In 2013, Fawn was nominated for three EOTM awards and won the EOTM award for "Best Female Recording Artist". Her songs and music have been featured on multiple film, TV shows and commercials such as "The Natalee Holloway Story", Nickelodeon's "Hollywood Heights", Spike Lee's "The Girl Is In Trouble", the CBS soap opera, "The Young and The Restless", NextNow PopLab, The Logo Channel, X-Effect, Ponds, Pontiac, Ford, Mazda, Lavazza, Target, Kitchen Aid, Witchblade, Barbie, and Sanctuary, to name a few.
