Radarsign Helps Guilford County Keep Trick-or-Treaters Safe on Halloween

Law enforcement might plan to have spare patrol cars out patrolling neighborhoods on nights like this to act as a speed deterrent, but sometimes these cars are pulled away to answer calls.
