Bridge Global presents TechWhizz'19 Codeathon - a 100 hours Coding Contest

KOCHI, India - Dec. 4, 2018 - PRLog -- The Netherlands-based global IT solutions provider is conducting the Codeathon competition as part of their TechWhizz (https://www.bridge-global.com/events#techwhizz) events series. In the previous year, it was a learning session including workshops on " Design Patterns in Object-Oriented Programming". This time, they are coming up with a different and exciting coding contest, aimed at bringing together coding buffs including students, developers, freelancers etc. The event will be conducted on 19th January 2019 at Bridge Global, Cochin office.

This is basically designed as a 100 hours challenge to prove your coding aptitude along with your entrepreneurial skill set. Not just that! The best performers will be awarded exciting cash prizes as well. A list of topics will be shared with the registrants on 1st January 2019. Each team can pick a topic of their choice on which the solution has to be developed.

More About The Contest

Who can attend?: Techies from IT companies, freelance programmers or students who are passionate about coding.

Team size: Each team should contain a minimum of 5 and maximum of 8 people.

1st Prize - Rs. 25,000/-

2nd Prize - Rs. 10,000/-

Duration: 100 hours (approx.)

Start Date: 1st January 2019

End Date: 19th January 2019

Submission of the final product: 18th January 2019

Topics: A selection of 10 topics from diverse verticals will be provided on the start date of the contest. Each team can pick up any one topic and create a solution using the programming language of their choice.

How to go about with it: Teams can create a solution that intelligently solves a problem/fill a gap in the selected topic. The key here is to make something worthwhile that will enhance our life.
