Local leaders celebrate groundbreaking of new all-inclusive resort-style retirement community

ELLISVILLE, Mo. - Dec. 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Local officials and business leaders recently joined development partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Creek Valley Retirement Community – the newest all-inclusive resort-style retirement community in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area.

The $30 million Creek Valley Retirement Community will consist of 130 apartments located on 6 acres near the corner of Highway 340 and Historic Highway 66 (Manchester Road).  The units will be studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. Resort Lifestyle Communities' (RLC) competitive, all-inclusive monthly rent (with no buy-in fee) includes chef-prepared, resort-style dining; a range of entertainment options with a full calendar of life-enriching activities; on-site staff and a 24/7 emergency call system; group and individual transport; concierge services and valet parking; and more.
